KIM HUGHES

Kim has lived and worked in Torbay all her life, a true local girl! She spent 15 years working for a large Corporate Estate Agent and then a successful Independent Estate Agent before moving to an Administrative role within Spatial Planning at Torbay Council, where she worked for 12 years gaining experience and knowledge relating to the planning side of properties.  Kim is your first point of contact at Pincombes, always enthusiastic and ready to help clients on their property journey.
