We had the obligatory 3 valuations when we initially decided to market our house. We chose Gerald because of his obvious knowledge, passion and professionalism for his work. Not once did he try to 'spin us a line', give us an unrealistic valuation or make false promises. Because of Brexit we had a slow start but Gerald somehow managed to get us good viewings and we accepted an excellent offer. However, with global uncertainly because of Covid19 we lost an overseas buyer. Within days of lockdown being lifted he had secured another buyer.
