If you are not sure whether to use Pincombe's - DO SO as this is how Estate Agents should be. I have bought and sold houses over the last 25 years, and was looking for a high end Estate Agent to deal with selling my late Aunts house in Mead Road - Gerald and Kim have been so refreshing to deal with, especially over the distance. They are efficient, professional, genuine, honest and will go the extra mile (offered to print our paperwork when visiting Torquay and always had time for me). Gerald and Kim made the process as stress free as possible. The only down side is they do not cover the area where I live, as I would personally use them every time!  Thank you both again for all you have done

My experience is that smaller businesses, like this, give a much more personal and caring quality of service than big chains. And that is certainly true of Pincombe’s. They clearly listened and understood my parents’ needs, and this was reflected in the advice given in response to what ended up being multiple offers and how each of them might have played out from a practical perspective. Other Google reviews have stressed how they go the extra mile for clients, and I would agree – they even printed off PDFs of legal documents for my parents to sign, for speed, given that they didn’t have a printer. Service like that deserves continued success, and our family wishes both Gerald and Kim exactly that.
