If you are not sure whether to use Pincombe's - DO SO as this is how Estate Agents should be. I have bought and sold houses over the last 25 years, and was looking for a high end Estate Agent to deal with selling my late Aunts house in Mead Road - Gerald and Kim have been so refreshing to deal with, especially over the distance. They are efficient, professional, genuine, honest and will go the extra mile (offered to print our paperwork when visiting Torquay and always had time for me). Gerald and Kim made the process as stress free as possible.
