Did not know the property market in Torbay or the area. Gerald provided an excellent service showing and explaining various properties whilst also giving us time and space to view. He also drove us around to give us an idea of the surrounding areas providing relevant information for buyers to consider if buying in that area. Gerald has excellent knowledge of Torbay and also helped us think outside the box about suitable property types.
