Mr Pincombe was extraordinarily helpful at all stages. He gave us very sound advice based his excellent local knowledge and contacts. As guardians for the vendor, living more than 400 miles from the property, we relied very heavily on him and his PA, Kim, to manage things locally. This extended to them managing on our behalf a major structural repair to the property and to listing contents and organising the clearance of items not required by the buyer. All this was done with minimal hassle to us. At all stages we felt confident that the jobs were being managed properly. It was possible to get everything done easily and with the approval of the Office of The Public Guardian because Mr Pincombe kept us in the loop at all stages, sending numerous photographs and progress reports.

Professional in that Mr Pincombe did all that one would expect in liaising with all parties to ensure the transaction took no longer than was necessary. Knowledgeable in that his depth of knowledge of his area of expertise was impressive. Tenacious in not letting go because he invested himself and his staff in getting a result not primarily for monetary gain but for helping the customer in trying circumstances.
