We had the obligatory 3 valuations when we initially decided to market our house. We chose Gerald because of his obvious knowledge, passion and professionalism for his work. Not once did he try to 'spin us a line', give us an unrealistic valuation or make false promises. Because of Brexit we had a slow start but Gerald somehow managed to get us good viewings and we accepted an excellent offer. However, with global uncertainly because of Covid19 we lost an overseas buyer. Within days of lockdown being lifted he had secured another buyer. The journey from then on could have been a nightmare, with the bottom of the chain struggling to come up with funds. However, throughout Gerald was 'on the ball' chasing, cajoling, always with the utmost integrity We always felt he actually cared about us, and also our buyers. Well what can say. I would recommend Gerald from Pincombe’s Estate Agents to anyone and everyone within or looking at relocating to the area of Torquay.
